In the event of cancellation all deposits are non-refundable.
We can look to transfer your deposit to a new date of booking, but only within 4 weeks of the original booking, and only if we are able to replace your booking. If you’re unable to attend, simply let us know as soon as possible and we’ll begin contacting members of the waiting list.
We will do all we can to help you but deposits are ultimately the responsibility of the guest.
