In honour of the Glorious Twelfth, Chef Luke Sanderson has curated a multi-course game journey, paying homage to our native birds, wild produce, and the exquisite flavours they provide.

This menu is a limited edition, with only 14 guests being served each evening across the 2 weeks. All guests will be seated to dine at 7pm, and our Chef will create your courses methodically.

You will be seated in the Dining Room, where you can watch your Chef at work, or enjoy the communal experience of the luxurious Wine Library.

About Our Game Season Menu

The Game Season menu is a set price of £100.00 per person.

We serve a set tasting menu, and we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements. Dishes cannot be amended, but guests are of course welcome to miss certain dishes. Our menu is not published as ingredients may change due to seasonal availability.

There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years old to dine at Allium. And, please note that we don’t offer a children’s menu.
