Chef Luke Sanderson has designed the perfect, multi-course tasting menu, which is entirely plant-based. This menu is ideal for our dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian guests. But also an opportunity to see an entirely new menu from our Chef.

This menu is a limited edition, with only 14 guests being served each evening across the 4 days. All guests are asked to arrive at 7pm, and our Chef will create your courses methodically.
You will be seated in the Dining Room, where you can watch your Chef at work, or enjoy the communal dining experience of the luxurious Wine Library.

About Our Plant-Based Menu
The Plant-Based menu is a set price of £80.00 per person.
We serve a multi-course set tasting menu, and we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements. Dishes cannot be amended, but guests are of course welcome to miss certain dishes.
There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years old to dine at Allium. And, please note that we don’t offer a children’s menu.
