TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with purple and garnet reflections. Slight scent of black raspberries and cherries with a background of vanilla. Ethereal with good structure. Full-bodied, austere and concentrated with a good balance of acidity and tannin. Fragrant and inviting, with notes of roses, tangerine and violet; high-quality tannins on the palate, evolving into balsamic and floral aromas. The complexity of its structure reveals the particular characteristics of its native soil.

THE MAKER: CANTINA PALLADINO
In 1974 Piero Palladino bought the current Azienda Vinicola Palladino and entrusted its management to his cousin Maurilio, subsequent business partner. Today his experience is combined with the enthusiasm of the new generation, who help to manage the cellar and to continuously research new markets. The tradition of the great wines of the Langhe proposed in a youthful and dynamic way. Palladino combines the wisdom of its own history with the current trends, in order to ensure that the quality of a production strongly linked to the territory can be fully appreciated.
