Gianfranco Fino, Es Più Sole Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale

37.5cl

The Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale “Es Più Sole” by Gianfranco Fino is one of those sweet wines to be tasted at least once in their lifetime. It is the essence of pleasure. It comes from a winery that has a unique charm, Gianfranco Fino, founded in 2004 with a very important mission: to produce wines from old vines, grown as small trees in Puglia, with a great personality and absolute territorial identity. A cellar that in a very short time has been able to conquer Italy and the world with its great wines, among which we find also the Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale “Es Più Sole”; was born in Agro di Manduria, on vines over 60 years of age, by the natural grapes on the vine. The must remains in contact with the skins for at least two weeks, then is aged in wood for 9 months. A Primitivo Dolce Naturale for his withering on the vine and the limited use of the chemical that gives us a Primitivo Dolce haunting notes of overripe red fruit, dominated by plum and black cherry, and terminating on a nice spiciness of coffee and cocoa. A Primitivo Dolce Naturale with a charm, unique and irresistible.

Gianfranco Fino

THE MAKER: Gianfranco Fino

The meticulous attention to detail runs deeply, and Gianfranco works tirelessly to improve his vineyards, his estate, and his wines. Fino hand-harvests all the grapes, taking special care to make sure that each bunch is free of mould and perfectly ripe. In the winery, he believes in using a healthy balance of new and inert oak to give the wines a hint of barrel aging without covering up any of his terroir’s expression.
