Vinify a great Rosé Champagne in terracotta is very unusual. Statuette made in terracotta dated from the end of prehistory, the goddess of fertility on the bottle top of our DAME-JANE is the symbol of our link with the earth and the origin of the wine. It brings us back to the little Persian town of Dâmghân, in the Silk Road, the original cradle of the wine.
Luminous hue. Vibration of the crystalline pureness of the fruit. Feeling of freshness almost tactile. Soft tannins improved by the slow riddling of the lees.
