It is an excellent match for grilled or roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses. Serve at 18°-20°C.

THE MAKER: La Cappuccina
Since 1890, the Tessari family has been making wine at its La Cappuccina estate at Costalunga di Monteforte d’Alpone, to the east of Verona. The family decided to carry out all of the different phases of wine production – from the vine to the bottling – according to Organic precepts since 1985. That's why they are considered organic pioneers and regarded as one of the leading producers of organic wine in Italy. The day-to-day running of the estate is now in our hands, the 4th generation.
