THE MAKER: Moschioni
Their terroir philosophy is based on knowledge drawn over the years from Michele Moschioni grandparents and great grandparents. Each area or parcel of their hills has a very variable soil and microclimate and, depending on these characteristics, our grandparents chose a specific cultivar to plant which once entered full production gave very different organoleptic characteristics.
