Pojer e Sandri, Brut Rosé Traditional Method
75cl
Wine of an antique pink colour with coppery reflections, very fine with a persistent crown.
With a broad and complex aroma, red fruits: morello cherries and raspberries, clearly reminiscent of the characters of Pinot Noir, there is no lack of Chardonnay notes in the background: almond, hazelnut and hay paté. All complemented by scents of Viennese pastries: vanilla, roasted barley coffee, cocoa.

TASTING NOTES
The colour is lovely light pink with hints of copper. The perlage is really fine as the bubbles bead through the wine forming a persistent crown. The bouquet offers red fruit fragrances and you may detect hints of marasca cherries and a note of raspberry, as the Pinot Noir shines brightly in this spumante. The Chardonnay brings its elements to the party with notes of toasted almonds, hazelnuts and an underlying hay-like character.

THE MAKER: Pojer and Sandri
Producing wine of great value from the vineyards located between the Valle dell'Adige and the Valle di Cembra, precisely on the Faedo hill, a hill that according to many had a reduced vocation for vines. Arriving one day at a wine where chemistry is not allowed, where everything must follow a logical thread towards purity, absolute purity.
