TASTING NOTES
Montiggl is characterised by a greenish yellow colour, a fruity bouquet with peach and apricot aromas. On the palate it is mineral, fresh and balanced.

Perfect to accompany vegetable based recipes especiallly asparagus, fresh salads and light fish dishes. It's excellent when paired with curries or goat cheese.
